Support for Financing Within Your Company
Skills Development Plan (formerly Training Plan)
- Beneficiary Employees on permanent (CDI) or fixed-term (CDD) contracts
- Financing Covered by the employer through the company's training budget. OPCOs can also step in to finance collective training actions.
- Objective Improve employees' skills according to the company's needs (technical skills, management, safety, etc.).

Professionalization Contract

Personal Training Account (CPF)
- Beneficiary Employees on permanent (CDI) or fixed-term (CDD) contracts (also applicable to self-employed workers, job seekers, etc.) or: Employees on permanent contracts who wish to retrain or change careers
- Financing The employee uses their CPF rights to finance their training or Financing is covered by the OPCO or FONGECIF.
- Objective Allows the employee to choose a training course of their choice or financing is covered by the OPCO or FONGECIF or to enable employees to finance long training courses to change sector or profession.
- Advantages Freedom to choose the training, possible employer co-financing, ease of use or Long training fully financed by CPF-TP with income maintained during the training.
Apprenticeship Contract
- Beneficiary Young people aged 16 to 29 (with certain exceptions), as part of a work-study contract.
- Financing Costs are covered by an OPCO. Training assistance may be granted.
- Objective Work-study training that allows a qualification to be obtained while working in a company.
