  • Funding OPCOs help finance corporate training through dedicated agreements.
  • Goal Facilitate training funding, manage professional training contributions, and support companies in implementing relevant training programs.
  • Advantages Partial or full coverage of training costs for both companies and their staff.

Pro-A (Professional Promotion)

  • Who Can Participate Employees on fixed-term or permanent contracts, youth under 26, or job seekers over 26.

  • Goal Combine theory and practice to earn a qualification or diploma while working.

Personal Training Account (CPF)

  • Who Can Participate Employees on permanent or fixed-term contracts, as well as self-employed individuals or job seekers, or employees looking to retrain or change careers.
